Do you sit by gracefully lowering yourself onto the seat or by flopping down roughly
and disgustingly ?
Do you ever notice how you do it, or is this making you think about it ?
Try it and remember to be careful and to keep your movements feminine and elegant.

Pick out one kneeling position and then one standing position. This way you'll know where
you are starting from and where you are ending at.

The Challenge
Take the stand position you picked and stand at attention.
Feel comfortable in the position before beginning to more.
Start to lower to the kneeling position.
Take it slow.
Try not to tip sideways, bend at the waist no more than 30 %, keep your eyes up and don't put
your hands down first.
You can lower to one knee first and then move the other or if able, drop to both knees at the same
time. But don't just drop !! Make it a controlled lowering.
Take the kneeling position you picked and pose. Make yourself comfortable in the kneel.
Practice this for at least 10 minutes until you feel that you have improved in grace and fluidity of
movement.
Done !!!!!!! My hand never left my thighs, they only moved from the side to the front of my
thighs, keeping my back, straight as possible, lowering one knee, until I am in a squat position and
then lowered my knees to the floor, sat on my calves and feet and smiled. I did it without tipping, falling or being clunky. I was a Graceful submissive, in my submission for my Dominant.
I miss my Training Dominant more than this submissive can say.....the pain it hurts and I did my lesson for my Dominant............
